 Wins in 09 = A vodka cocktail kit thing lol, £150 Amazon voucher.
  • Quick Question (can't search for it as OH is hovering and in a "what you doing?" mood ;))

Is there a rhyme/or somesuch to go on the pot of gold? I have the pot, the contents sorted (gold coinage/ferrero rocher & packs of fishhooks) [all he wants!] and I want to make it so special for him!

He is getting other stuff but I can only do one thing at a time! :rotfl: Especially while he's being so inquisitive
  • The local poundshop had Taz and Simpson's socks for dad's in a couple of weeks ago - not sure if they still have any but they had winnie the pooh ones on Friday :rotfl:
Officially a non-smoker but still rounder than recommended :p

Heres a little pot of gold,
    A festive nibble too,
I hope it makes all your dreams come true,
Merry Christmas from me to you.

  • Jane, you'll be showing me up just by the fact that you might do them hampers! I'm not brave enough to make them for the sons of a seasoned hamperer (or clever enough at finding bargains!) Hope you had a nice birthday btw - sorry about not being organised enough to send a card!

vicky your hampers are fantastic! I don't know if I dare make hampers for your two now as my wrapping is nowhere near as good as yours!
I can't believe your cousins are now 10 and 7!
  • I have to say that your family and friends are very lucky to have such a thoughtful generous girl like you around. There aren't many teenagers who would spend the little money they get on other people. You're a star!
