  • i fancied going over to virgin form sky as it seemed to be a much better deal but was holding back for two reasons, one being the lack of sky 1,2,3 ( so am very happy now!:j ) and the other being we couldn't survive without sky plus!Someone said virgin do a v plus box the same as sky plus but i can't seem to find anyone who has it or has an opinion about it!?? anyone got one??
  • thank you for your response, i am glad its good as i couldn't live without sky+ so that was what was really holding me back from swapping!

The V+ also has HD too, though you will need an HD TV to appreciate. ( although they only have BBC HD at mo,) I expect ITV and 4's HD channels to be added when things get going.. I can vouch for the V+ box being as good if not better than Sky+ having had both. (V+ for 11 months now, no problems.). Series are a doddle to record.

Channel 4 are already on board with HD. I'm getting my HD box Monday so I hope ITV do the right thing soon.
