    Nope, I heard nothing so far. Actually looking back it wasn't a week ago.. it was friday, which means today is the day the would start processing it.

    I'm sure I'll hear something

    Ah! This might be the reason for your order status, it's probably been put on hold before the inevitable cancellation: (assuming you used the NUS discount?)
    Please also note that the HMV Student / Graduate discount schemes do not apply to purchases of Games Consoles.

    I ordered from HMV earlier today and got a confirmation email with order number etc. I've just phoned them to query whether they did actually have stock to fill my order....and they don't.

    Seems there was an error with their website which meant the 'usually shipped in 24 hours' message was displayed when it shouldn't have been.

    Bloke said they get small amounts through regularly but they still have a huge backlog of orders to fill first, so don't hold your breath.

    Off to cancel my order now..........

    thank you cat72, troshy, and josiejosh, dalepearson. my hubby managed to get premuim one from game in Redcar, cleveland. one of staff had it on reserve but could'nt afford it!! yeahhhh. one happy family today!!

    Got my premium pack from Game on Saturday, obviously with a forced bundle of 3 games for £410

    Took two of the games back for a refund today and the manager flatly refused until i showed him a printed out copy of their return policy, once he glanced over it he litterly threw it on the desk and barked at the checkout person to do the refund :)

    I know it shouldn't but it's made my day to get one back for the consumer from the way Game has treated its customers over the bundles, the people with money to burn kids had a good xmas with a 360 but average joe who couldn't afford their silly packages didn't. Totaly unfair if you ask me!

    Then don't shop in Game again, and tell all your friends and relations not to either. Until they realise that the customer comes first they will always treat people like this.
    You don't get medals for sitting in the trenches.
