This is a new thread for you to post details of xbox availability as the other one had gone way off topic and has now been closed. Please try and keep this thread on the topic of availability only as it just makes it difficult for people to find the information they need if the thread goes off topic and into discussion.
Thanks

Argos told me on Friday that 360's should be available online and by phone as of Monday and they will be in-store on the 21st. No idea how accurate this is, it's just what they told me.....0

I have also heard that xbox's will be avalible this week, I was told around 2000 will be due into the UK Mon/Tues so fingers crossed!0

ebay prices are dropping significantly. Core systems are making just a little over retail price.... Premiums making circa £420, which is still high.0
-
Cores are still selling for more than that lol, just sold another with 1 game for 445, 1 left to go! Price does seem to be dropping though.
I only look at UK buy it now auctions with seller protection. Most seem to be about 350-450 for a core and 450-600 for a premium.0 -
Yeah of course some will reach high levels still but it's easier to get a core now for a reasonable price, I think that's what pgilc1 was getting at, seeing as this is a buyer's thread
Anyone looking for a core now definitely has a good chance of getting a good price on eBay.0 -
Dont buy from anyone without the blue shield for Paypal protection though!!!
Im sure I will shift my last core this week even if I only get near what I paid, but lol at those who have like 10 listed. They will have trouble.
Mind you im sure a lot of people will give in this week and realise that eBay is the only way if they want one before Xmas!
I have 4 premiums, 10 HDDs and 10 HD video cables supposed to be arriving soon and im sure I will get rid of those without issue.0 -

Yes - auctions might well go for less. Especially to sellers without Paypal protection.
However, many people who have never used ebay before dont want to wait and will pay lots extra for a buy it now service. It's those that I want to exploit!
Good luck on auctions though - im not seeing cores go for less than approx 300 but im sure some do.

I too have heard that some places should be getting stocks in on monday at the latest. Microsoft supposedly despatched last week for a fri/sat in stores, just like the two previous fridays. Some places, depending on distribution networks may get them in on monday, tuesday i would have thought would be pushing it. I know my local game/dixons and asda/tesco had their last pre-xmas deliveries on sat. I'm lucky to have a core and HD but my bro is still searching, I think ebay is gonna be his last option after tomorrow but I cant help but think that come later in the week prices will sky rocket for even a core system as the final guaranteed special delivery day of thurs 22nd approaches.
I've told him to be quick on ebay too, yesterday there were over 1300 cores for sale and today there are just 800! Demand is increasing, good luck people!
P.S. If I happen upon a spare I'll post it in here at cost.0 -
yet again, another thread for xbox AVAILABILITY and people still post all sorts of irrelevant crap?!?!?
