Sorry to go off topic but can I ask, anyone who ordered an Xbox 360 from Game, how were they delivered? Courier or Royal Mail Special Delivery? If it was by courier, which courier delivered yours? (Decided to get one from Game for my brother and return the games)

I got a core from Game a few weeks back - It arrived via ParcelForce 48. You should have a tracking number etc.. on your email invoice.

Anyone any idea if it's possible for customer services to tell you whether a particular store will have stock on a particular day or is that just wishful thinking?

If you mean Comet you can phone the 0870 number and they can check for what stores have availability and let you know

Thanks slowen but I was thinking of Game, they were due some in but I've hovered about their store like a bad smell for 4 hours this afternoon and had to give up. They thought they were coming in today but couldn't say for sure.....I just wondered if customer services would know for sure on some main computer or other.

Sorry, would not know
Phoned the Game store in Bootle Strand, Liverpool and they had 4 premium consoles about 3.30pm but they were selling them as a package with any 4 games for £460 each
