I snapped up a Premium for £279.99 at Game (the one upstairs) in Trafford Centre. Happy New Year indeed :snow_laug

I went in at around 2:30PM and they said they had two left. It also came with the media remote and I've been playing on it for nearly 8 hours and it hasn't crashed :beer:

Just picked up a Premium from Game in Victoria Centre, Nottingham. He said they have 15 or so in stock.

I just got one, so need to cancel my Argos order tomorrow, if they are not helpful I will have a Core with wireless pad and memory card for sale if anyone wants it for retail price plus the shipping. (Will update when I speak to Argos)

They are probably adding new stock to the system, which will be then allocated to existing orders, and will later show "3 weeks+" again.

Many sites' stock systems work like this.

Definitely worth a try though - it can always be cancelled

Except mine hasen't even been processed despite my preorder having been on the system for about a week

Only a week?

I've had a preorder with them for several weeks now, stock is being allocated on a first come first served basis.

As far as I recall, the order status goes something like this...

New Order -> Goods have yet to be received from suppliers -> On special order with our suppliers -> Your order has been completely shipped

I haven't seen the "order not yet processed" status before, might be a problem with your card? Maybe you entered wrong details or a security check by card issuer.

What did they tell you when you called them? (I assume you have?!)
