I found the initial confirmation email stuck in by spam bin. Worth a look if you're missing emails.

As for order history online.....the order is still there, but when I click into it there are no lines to the order. I'm wondering if their 'ordering system' wasn't keeping tally of how many items in relation to how much stock.

Would be just my luck at the moment.

i getting abit worried i ordered mine on this 1st the fist day it was in the paper i got a email saying i ordered one, but i dont have it yet they said in the email i get it 1-2 working days. its now the 6th. i gonna give them a ring tommorow morning. my email bounced back too.

I called today as I could not log on either again they told me my order was there I have not been charged yet but they say they will be sent out mid December

The correct amount was taken from my account to. So we wont be getting them for a while yet. They should really state on the website that they are not going to be dispatched till mid Dec really.:rolleyes:

I ordered on the 3rd and received a confirmation mail straight away. No money taken from my account yet though and my email to info@shop4online.co.uk also bounced back. I've got no problem with waiting until mid December, but if that is the case then they should let us know, and it's pretty poor that I can't send them an email.

i did not order one, but mid december seems a while away, hope you all get yours ok and they dont dissappear before then with all your money...good luck !!

Just called them and they said that in the Telegraph it mentions that they are not being despatched until the week commencing 15th Dec and is being shipped by Parcelforce.

I've now cancelled my order because I wont be around that week and I'd ordered something else as well.
