I just want to say that I was one of the ones that had £30 extra taking out
of my account and I recieved a refund TODAY even though they told me that it can take up to 2 weeks

Just to add more confusion to the mix , i phoned up yesterday to fix a mistake i made in one of my orders and she said they were being posted out straight away. I asked her about dec and the girl said shes not sure why it would take that long.

I ordered 1 boy and 1 girl on 3 Nov, the money has only just been taken out of my account today. Hopefully they're on their way. When people receive theirs it would be good to let everyone know and how long it took.

I ordered on the 3rd, had email confirmation immediately & payment was taken from my visa debit in the 5th.
I ordered 1 for a boy & 1 for a girl.
Wonder who will be the first to receive them.

I just checked my account,and it says that I have no orders at all. how on earth did it have my password then? I did order on the 3rd Nov ,0ne girl lot. I have also had email confirming my order,but no money taken out yet.Do you think it will arrive at all.?

I cannot even log into my account on there website, even though they e-mailed me an order confirmation on the 3rd Nov?

I think you can only log on if you put a password in when you bought them?

I bought 5 on the 4th Nov, no money has been taken from my account but i've checked online and it's there.
