I ordered one and I have been charged £30 and I had an e-mail saying only £3.98 for postage. I phoned them and they said they will sort it out as on the screen they said they have only charged £3.98 I had to fax off my internet account to prove it but they said it can take 10-14 days for refund. Not happy at all.

My email was just bounced back too. I called and they were really friendly, they have put me on the do-not-share list.

Just checked my card, and I was charged £15.93 for the 4 bags I ordered. Not quite sure how 4 x £3.98 = £15.93, but I'm not going to argue with them over a penny! I hope anyone who was overcharged gets their money quickly...
