Hi Maz, Mine did confirm that I had ordered a goody bag (ordered Nov 3rd), but having said that, I've tried to reply to them to ask them a question and my mail bounced back and I've heard nothing from them since Early days yet I guess.

I was also charged the correct amount for the two i ordered. It took a couple of days for it to be charged to my card though.

I ordered on Monday (3rd Nov) and have not received a confirmation email and have not had anything taken from my bank account.

When I check my order online (https://shop4online.co.uk/statusoforders.asp) I can see that I have placed the order.

It shows that I have ordered 2 bags (to the same address) for £7.97.

Anyone else in the same boat? I would expect them to have taken the payment by now. Eeven if it was that way where it's removed from your available balance, but not yet removed from you balance. But it hasn't come off at all.

I'm quite doubtful I will ever receive this order...

I thought it was odd the payment has not come out of my bank either so I checked the email and it states: Your Credit card will not be billed until your order is ready to ship

I called them today and they said they would not be shipped until mid December

I don't understand this - I ordered on 3rd Nov, and payment was taken from my card straightaway.
