I spoke to them, they said they had 10's of thousands of orders, that the money would be taken from the card once it was ready to be dispatch and that all bags would be dispatched before 16th December - not overly impressed as was for a friend who is visiting at the end of this month!

That's dreadful. We're going away for xmas on the 11th of Dec. I wanted to use this to fill the kids christmas stockings.

Hardly a surprise. Once it starts to appear on sites like this it gets round very quickly and orders can rapidly mount up. Sounds like I shall have to be patient.

My order was showing as dispatched last week (Mon IIRC) money gone from my account on 4th but now showing online as Web Order Received???

Exact same here, last monday money was taken from bank and order was showing as dispatched now its back to web order received :eek:

I am very disappointed to hear that they will be much later than was indicated, I wanted these for a Christmas fair at the school - still at least we should definately recieve them as I was starting to worry! x

The money was taken from my bank early this month, but nothing yet. I remember I bought The Sun last year to collect tokens for something like this and by the time it arrived I'd forgotten all about it! I have to say, I'm not expecting the contents to be worth anywhere as near as £30. The christmas carol cd wasn't very easy to listen too either!!!!! But, great stocking fillers!

I can understand peeps' disappointment in the late delivery but it did clearly say during the order process that they would be dispatched mid-December. Maybe they shouldn't have taken your money yet, but the late delivery was announced and if they get them to you earlier then surely that is a bonus.
