Overpayment made for this month, so on target for the year. Hope to make an extra overpayment later this month, it all helps.

Keep up the good work everyone, we'll get there in the end. The overall amount looks great.

No 181 checking in. I've managed to find a bit more for March, so this months overpayment of £532.43 has now gone off the mortgage, giving a YTD total of £1440.46 or 48% of my 2009 total.
This is thanks to Nationwide who keep dropping my interest rate. Paying 0.78.% from April. :T
I will pm Zavarony with the numbers update.

Thanks for your hard work Zavarony

Thanks OTT, I was just lucky that I picked a tracker instead of a fixed deal last time. Unfortunately it runs out in July 2009, so I'm starting to look around for a low3 or 5 year fixed.

    Mortgage-free Glee!
No mortgage reduction since my last post however this morning I received a letter from National Savings informing me that I have one or more dormant accounts with them and would I provide a sample signature! I used http://www.mylostaccount.org.uk/ to search.
It could be 50p or £5...... still, it's 'free' money.
