    Hi All,

I'm no. 84 on the 2009 MFW list.
I've just made my July OP - a big one this month - £1930 and I'm pleased to say I'm no back on track for achieving my target for this year.
    It feels great!

Off on Holiday so just a small overpayment of £157 for this month.

Brings my total for the year to £3423
But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.

Update from no 231. Sale of our old house completed yesterday & I have transferred the money to our offset mortgage this morning. We are currently 60% offset:j, although this will reduce once DS starts uni in September. We intend to be MF in 5 years or under so I have amended my target for 09 to reduce balance by at least £1000 a month to under £57000 by Dec 09. I will pm you zav. May be able to pay a bit more off when DH gets paid at end of week.

I have a target of £1'000 to OP by the end of the year. I'm a little reluctant as to whether it is achievable due to a few additional expenses we are about to incur such as builders...but if I don't set one I can't hit it!

I have £200 waiting to make the first OP.

Great stuff, we think tracking the results in a spreadsheet works wonders for keeping you on the straight and narrow.

120 reporting in. £201 for us from July's salary. Holiday approaching so trying to keep some extra money for that. I can always pay in any money that's left after the holiday. Can't believe how quick the year is flying, it's nearly August. It doesn't feel that long ago we were all signing up to overpay.
