I also got denied a return. Not too happy about it, but fair enough as I tried without receipt, and apparently it's to manager's discretion if they give a refund without receipt. I pressed my point by saying that I was bringing the printer back on it's own and whether or not there was any past bundle deal was irrelevant to me being there at that time trying to bring the printer back, which if there had been no previous bundle would have been accepted, bordering on discriminatory under their own terms.
