Quick catch up from the land of Dazi, sorry not been posting but have been reading when I can.

New job going fine, slow cooker working overtime as I don't finish till 5.30...so nice to open the door and smell dinner cooked and ready to serve

Thats about it really :rotfl: Went out for curry tonight to celebrate OH's birthday which was last Tuesday, although he wasn't home :mad:

Took DSD bra shopping today, went to old fashioned shop to get her measured ,14 yrs old and a 34 f cup:eek::eek: no way is she going to nip into primark and get a cheapy bra! She got herself one and I got her one that was in the sale (still a tenner). Worth it though as she feels much better now (been going through a bit of bullying at sch, due to her boobs......like she can help it!)

Got a few bits while we were out for xmas hampers I'm doing, all very low key/spend this xmas, but fun doing it. Also got some stuff for my xmas cards, I know I could buy cards cheaper but cos I don't spend so much on pressie I like to make my cards.

Spent most of today shopping with DD(19) - she had an eye test and we got her some really nice designer frames and nearly fainted at the price!:eek:

Also managed to find some nice boots for her that look as if they will be waterproof and have a ridged sole to give her a good grip if it is icy, yet are a style she is willing to wear - that was fun!!!

Left the family to their own devices while we were out, but there was some lentil soup left from yesterday so they could grab that if they did not want to cook. DH repertoire is beans on toast or cheese on toast!
