Oh my goodness I just hope I can :eek:

I used to be a Weight Watchers leader so standing up and addressing a room full of people is ok for me, once I know what the subject is (I'm guessing it will be about why I want the job and what I can offer ) then I can start preparing. I can hardly sleep at night for excitment I just want to get on with it now.

I have 3 activities in mind:-

1st A Christmas card because it's seasonal and I know how much it ment to my Mum when she was given a birthday card that my 96 year old Nan had made for her. There is little mess(no glue) and it's creative to stimulate the mind.

2nd Homemade Playdough form a object and the residents have to guess what it is, the one to guess correctly is next in turn. I understand there is a game based on this. It encourages competition and memory recall. (Homemade playdough is good as no chemicals to irratate the skin it's also very plyable)

3rd Fir cones to be filled with lard and seeds to hang around the garden, latex gloves to protect the residents a bit messy but a lasting activity as they watch the birds feed.

I thought it important to offer a choice and I shall have a pack of cards up my sleeve well, in my bag to pull upon if time permits;)

Oooh I can't wait for the call, I just praying it's not on Wednesday when I'm taking my DD to visit a Uni:eek: knowing my luck :rolleyes:.........we will see x

Spoke to my DD and bless her she said you must go we can visit the Uni another time she knows which side her bread is butterd on as this is to support her over the next few years:rotfl: :rotfl:

There are two of us the other lady is an internal candidate. I must dash now and work on my presentation I will let you know how it goes. x
