    I didnt say that there was no bonus for sales.. what I said was that sales played a very small part of the bonus structure within the branch nework

    Outlawed. Right. OK. Never mind that it's an entirely voluntary sales pitch, and that at least technically, the term account review (a review, of your accounts, to see which are working for you) is correct.

    You don't have to go to one, it doesn't matter. Really.

    But you still insist that it is an " Account Review " , which is just bank parlance for Sales Pitch.

    How many HSBC customers do you honestly think would waste their time if the bank said " We would like to invite you to our Sales Pitch "?, instead of " Account Review ".

    Dishonest bad practice.
