Me too! - got mine back before the week was out - very quick response on the jacket potatoes. Def follow up with them if you're worried but it does say up to 28 days till you receive your cheque (fairly standard term on all these promos though many are quicker). When you follow it up, it's not a bad idea to send a copy of your receipt and application/letter if you have them..Good luck!

Did you actually meant to write: "Do you not feel bad when you ask for your money back when you really like the product?" because you are allowed to use the product on a Money Back Guarantee. Otherwise how would you know that you didn't like it or it didn't work.

hi there you got me completely wrong...:(...I am emailing complimenting them on the products I use and hoping that they send me some vouchers!! Why on earth would I email them about what others do:(:(:(:( I see you are relatively new to this site...please think before you write something that isn't very nice. We all get on well on this site and most of us have made solid friends that support and help us with whatever life throws at us.

Seriously though sometimes people make harsh comments on this site that really aren't needed. This site is for support and help.

I did, and I KNOW I got everything right and enclosed the top but have heard nothing.

No dear, this is the TRY ME FREE / MONEY BACK GUARANTEE thread. Please see the first page of this thread and it might make it clear what it is about. They allow for customers to try products and see whether they like them or not. If you follow the terms and conditions of the offers, they almost always give you the money back (some people have had problems when they have used the same Tesco / Boots advantage card and made a claim for another family member at another address). I have always had my money back for all the products and this is normally via a cheque, into your PayPal, or they send you the money in the post. The only one I did not get was a Vanish money back guarantee which I missed by 1 day and they did not let me have my money back. Should have read the rules and regulations eh, my bad!

Speaking of offers where you had to send the bottle tops, did anyone do the prune juice offer and have you received your refund yet? My 1st address has been waiting 6 weeks now, and my 2nd is now 5 weeks. Was going to buy for another address but wondering if any are coming back.

Has anyone had any luck with the Pure Via - it keeps saying the barcode (last 5 digits) are wrong and won't let me get any further - I've definately got it right as I'm looking at it. There's no contact email anywhere grrrr.

Sorry, I wasn't meaning to be rude. I just didn't understand what points you were making in your post.

I think I partly got your comment confused with another one a bit before that was accusing people of being devious by saying they didn't like products when they did just to get their money back.

Emailing companies saying you like their products is actually a very good idea. Do let us know if you have much luck with it.
