yes it was me who had the problem. i bought 3 and spread them around the family the peditech foot spray and we all claimed our money back at different addresses and had different names. because i purchased them all on the same boots advantage card they said they wouldnt pay out as thought i was trying to deceive them. i now cross though all my tesco clubcard numbers, boots numbers so they cannot link anything to anyone else. if you cut the bottom off you may risk losing the date and then they wont pay off because of that so just scribble things out you dont want them to see.

Hi Folks
Do you not feel bad when you ask for your money back when you have used the product? I use Fairy all the time and its the best dishwasher tablet on the market. I wouldn't feel right about doing that.

Been emailing companies of products I use and hope to get an answer soon from some of them.
