Thank you to the person (sorry I couldn't find the post to reference you again) who pointed out the Method website looks like you should buy this in Sainsburys only.

Having bought mine (with tag) in Waitrose I was a bit worried but can now report I received my cheque yesterday from Method, no quibbles.

I would advise buying in Sainsburys (b/c of the website) but if you see it elsewhere with a TMF tag on, you should still get your money it seems.

Just to update you, I wrote to Ozkl33n after they refused my family's claims, following DM's advice to FF after the Actifresh incident. I'm guessing that Ozkl33n assumed we had made multiple claims because we shopped together, used the same cards and have similar names, so I pointed out to Ozkl33n that this is a normal thing amongst families. They haven't even had the courtesy to reply to me, so please help me to get revenge on them by making as many claims against them as you can and never buy their products again - we certainly won't! Given this bad experience I think I shall follow the advice to cut the bottoms off my receipts in future.

Hi folks, what sizes have you bought for the fairy platinum? Biggest pack ive found is £12.99 with about 60 tabs I think, would it be greedy to get that one? It's a lot of money to risk!
