I have always been paid even the receipt doesn't specify the product. This is, I think, because these receipts have the barcode number on instead so the manufacturer/promoter knows it's the correct product still.

You should def send the packaging in with your claim a it's a requirement of the T&Cs to send in the promo flash. Good luck!

Definitely hope this is not the case. Never saw any with a promotional flash and cannot find anywhere that it mentions this in the T&C.

Cost £2.79 in Sainsburys (but stocked in all supermarkets I think and frequently on offer).

Pack has a green flash and says follow instructions at www.pizzaristorante.co.uk - I did a quick search and couldn't find instructions, but I'll look again when I find my glasses... there's small print that is beyond my vision!

The bottle does not have a special neck tag. It's just the usual one on the shelf. I found the kitchen and bathroom cleaner in Tescos.

i can't see anything on the website regarding the taste guranteed or get money back

I think I saw this one in Tesco and noticed that the terms on the pack say the offer starts on 1st April 2012 so presumably the website will update them. They may not accept a receipt dated before 1st April.

Seems a bit unfair to me to have it in stores before the offer starts.
