Here's hoping I get the refund as I'd only normally spend £1 on a pizza.
I'm tempted to do it again and claim as my mum and use her address. I take it that's ok as it's a different household?

Had cheques this last week for Activia (£6.90) and Weetabix golden crunch (£2 .36)
Waiting on another of each, 2 lots of McCains and 2 lots of Fairy Platinum.
Never done this .., just about to send one to Fairy Platinum. Do I send the original receipt? Am I ok to cut the coupon and clubcard details off the bottom?:o
Thanks;)0 -

cause that's the only way its free isn't it?
yes, that is true, BUT these "money back guarantee" "taste guarantee" things are there to encourage people to try the product for the first time. Even if people DO like it, but claim, chances are, they may then buy the product again. It is cheaper for them to refund a few purchases than advertising the product. The actual amount of claims will be very small compared to how many they sell.
I have no qualms sending off a claim when we have liked it, mainly because I have usually paid far more than I would do for a similar product. In fact we all have a laugh about it. When we were eating the pizzas on TMF we were all saying "Ooh these aren't very nice, are they?"
In contrast, the McCain baked pots were awful. Not a patch on proper baked potatoes!
The kids didn't like the crispy cereal either although hubby said it was "OK"I can be brown I can be blue I can be violet and sky. I can be hurtful I can be purple I can be anything you like..Gotta be green gotta be mean gotta be everything more...0 -

I always cut my clubcard/payment card details off the bottom of the receipts I send in and haven't had a problem yet (except when I forgot to include my address - doh!).0
