I'm having the same problem. Can anyone help with the address?
Thanks
I still can’t find that wretched Eukanuba mailing address label. Has anyone found it yet?
I telephoned them this morning on 0800 0850367 and asked for the mailing address and was told that they could process a bank transfer for me. I paid £49.99 and they’re giving me £50 back and I haven’t got to send in any of the paperwork.
I was a bit annoyed that I’ve wasted my printer ink printing out all the paperwork unnecessarily but I’ve not had to pay for an envelope or recorded postage costs, I’ve made a 1p profit and the bank transfer will only take a few days to go through instead of waiting weeks for a refund – result!
If you choose this option be prepared to tell them the code numbers from the packet, where purchased, your bank details, breed of dog, reason for dissatisfaction etc.
I’ve spent so much time looking for the mailing label and I’m not very techy so I would still like to know if that mailing label is on their website for my own peace of mind.0 -
£50? Wow! Do you use it anyway? I am always a bit wary of anything over a fiver, and normally wouldn't do it unless it is something I use anyway. I ummed and ahhed over the perspirex deod as it was £6, but I did get a refund. The dishwasher tabs Iwouldn't normally pay that much for, but I do have a dishwasher, so will use them and hopefully it will go through ok as they're a big known company. A big well done for that one!I can be brown I can be blue I can be violet and sky. I was worried about doing such an expensive TMF as you can probably tell from my panic over the mailing label. I've never bought Eukanuba before, but the main appeal for me with TMFs is the opportunity to try different products that I wouldn't normally buy.0

Had another check on the Method Laundry website and it's not actually in the T&Cs that it has to be Sainsburys but does advise in the blurb above that it can be found SB and says nothing about WRose so I see what you mean. Good spot!
I got mine in Waitrose, so I'm a little concerned now but as I found it there with the TMF tag on it, surely they will refund the purchase still for either store people purchase it at? I'll keep you posted soon as I find out!Fingers crossed!

Thanks for all the posts and the new spots - will get the first post updated.
It has been brought up before that we could have two TMF threads - chat and non-chat. Not sure how well this would work, based on the other similar set-ups on MSE over the years - someone always manages to post in the wrong thread and then everyone has a go at them, lol! :rotfl:
This is why we have the 1st post on page 1 - and I do try and keep it updated but obviously I have a life too :rotfl: so it's perhaps not as efficient as it could be. What I can do, is the next time we get a new thread (which should probably be soon as we're up to over 2000 posts!) I'll ask the mods to add a bit to the title to say PLEASE READ FIRST POST or something (although that doesn't guarantee that people will read it but at least it's there!)

Hi Dormouse,
This thread works really well. Most new offers are quickly added to first page and in any case it doesn't take long to read through recent posts to find any that you have not caught up with as the thread does not usually get bogged down with idle chatter, only TMF/MBG related posts from 'regulars' requesting or offering help to others. Thank you.0
