    Hi Folks
Do you not feel bad when you ask for your money back when you have used the product? I use Fairy all the time and its the best dishwasher tablet on the market. I wouldn't feel right about doing that

I'm with you on that one. I tend to keep far away from the MONEY BACK GUARANTEE ones. I go only for the TRY ME FREE. But to each their own. Some people don't mind telling a porkie (not that I am saying that's wrong if you don't feel bad about it), but it's not for me.

Talking of which, I've tried my little Waitrose and the my little Sainsbury's, I can't find the METHOD DETERGENT thing. Could one of you adorable lovelies point me in the right direction? Oh and I managed to get a pack of the AMBROSIA CUSTARD FRUIT things today at my little Sainsbury's. Thank you OP of this one. And a mahoosive thank you to the adorably DORMOUSE for going out of your way and updating post 1. I appreciate it.

Been emailing companies of products I use and hope to get an answer soon from some of them.

What have you been emailing the companies about? About whether they realise that some people may be lying to get their money back?

Did you actually meant to write: "Do you not feel bad when you ask for your money back when you really like the product?" because you are allowed to use the product on a Money Back Guarantee. Otherwise how would you know that you didn't like it or it didn't work.

Colgate sensitive Pro-relif. you can buy it in store and claim money back if it didn't work ;) or order a free sample. Valid until 30/11/12

Ta for this, its actually something I need.

I've just checked the prices on mysupermarket and I noticed that its £3.56 in Asda - this is actually a good price as I am going to do an Asda shop in the hope of getting an APG tommorow.

Do you think Colgate would be OK with a receipt that is scribbled on and with several MOCs on?

I also noticed that right at the end it says maximum postage is 36p but thats second class for an item of under 100g which is under 5mm. By the time you get your receipt, written statement and part of the pack in an envelope it will be much more than 5mm so this envelope would have to go as large letter so then the postage will be 58p. I think I would rather put 58p postage on rather than risk it not getting where its going.

And only then if you post your claim off before the postal price rise at the end of this month!

I wanted to buy the same, but on the Boots web site this cream is not marked with offer 3 for 2 and this confused me.

Re Fairy platiunum. had idiotic letter from them. Rang today and passed from pillar to post to no avail. No going into detail in case the person a few posts above has grassed! lol Does anyone know the customer service email address? I had it myself yrs ago, cos I even posted it on this forum for someone, but I can't find it and google searches prove fruitless. If anyone has it, I'd be grateful
