I think it's a sugar substitute. The OP said it was 80g and was found in Morrisons. I haven't bothered doing this one because you need a Paypal account and other people have been having trouble claiming their money back.

Ah right. I do have a paypal account but after all the hassle with P&G I can't be doing with it for a bit of sugar sub, cos the only thing we use sugar for is baking anyway! Cheers!

P.S used my £10 voucher wisely. Ariel big boxes half price in the Co Op at £4. Got 3 of them so only had to pay the extrs £2. plus had a £2 off WYS £20 at Co Op and they had wine and coco pops half price, so with them, the ariel and the few bits I needed, spent £20.60 and only gave in £8.60.

what should I do now? i have a scan of receipt, but would it be enough? if not I just lost 35 quid :mad:

still waiting for buster, bueno, casa di mama and mars refunds. hope they will arrive soon.

Yes it is enough if you highlight in your letter that you have already sent them all the originals. If they have lost the receipt, they will still your other paperwork and your scanned copy of the receipt proves you had it before and they will send you a cheque. Good luck!
