Yes, if you follow the link to the Eukanuba website in my post no: 2031 then you will be taken to a page with a picture of a dalmation leaping out of a river. There is a black box which says "Terms and conditions" by the dogs back legs. When you click on that it asks you to unzip 3 documents, that include a questionnaire and also the T&Cs.

I have cut & pasted the t&c below but they are quire long!

This is a Promotion offered by Eukanuba, the Pet Care division of Procter & Gamble International Operations SA. (“Procter & Gamble”), reimbursing the purchase price of a bag of Eukanuba dog food which do not fully satisfy consumers.
1. Who can enter
The Promotion is open to people aged 18 and above. The application is open to residents of the United Kingdom only. The application is not open to employees of Procter & Gamble nor their immediate families or persons living in the same household of such individuals. The Promotion is subject to all applicable laws and regulations of Switzerland. The Promotion is void where prohibited or restricted by law or regulations.
2. How to enter the Promotion
2.1 To participate in the Promotion, you must purchase a special bag of Eukanuba dog food with the 28-Day Challenge logo on it (3+500g Free or 15+3kg Free), within the period specified in clause 3 and keep your receipt as proof of purchase.
2.2 If, after having used a special bag of Eukanuba dog food for at least 28 days, you‟re not satisfied with it you may request reimbursement of the product‟s purchase price by following the steps below.
Visit www.eukanuba.co.uk and click on „Terms and conditions‟ to download the instructions to get your money back.
 Print out and fill in all mandatory fields of the personal information form
 Print out and fill in the 28-day challenge questionnaire
 Explain in writing on separate piece of paper why you are not satisfied with the Eukanuba product
 Print out, read and sign the Terms & Conditions
 Send to the address indicated by using the mailing label: the barcode of your Eukanuba bag, the till receipt, your note explaining why you are not satisfied with the product, the filled in personal information form and the 28-day challenge questionnaire, and the duly signed Terms & Conditions.
2.3 If compliant with the above conditions, you will be reimbursed the purchase price of your Eukanuba product by bank transfer.
2.4 The Promotion is limited to one entry per household.

3. Promotion dates
The Promotion takes place between 02/01/2012 and ends on 30/04/2012 midnight (CET) .
However, you can request for your money back until 31 of December 2012 the latest. Any request received past this date will be invalid and will not be considered, nor will Procter & Gamble have any obligation with respect to the entrant. The course of law is excluded.
Any money back request should be sent at least 28 days after the product‟s purchase date indicated on the till receipt.
4. Data Protection
All the personal information you‟ll provide during the period of the promotion will be protected in accordance with the Procter and Gamble‟s Privacy Policy as available on the following website: http://www.pg.com/privacy/english/privacy_notice.html
For your information, your personal data shall be collected solely for the purposes of administering the Promotion and will be kept until 1 year after the end of the Promotion.
The data controller , Sykes, will not keep/use your personal information for any other topic than to address the Promotion. The data controller will not sell, transfer your personal information to any third party, except to Procter and Gamble affiliates or agents, without your express consent.

5. Rules of Entry
5.1 By entering the Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

Also, when I signed up, certain varieties of the dog food were recommended to me, but I can't find those flashed packs in store. It doesn't say in the t&cs that you have to buy the recommended food so I'm guessing that means that I don't have to buy the recommended varieties. What do you think?

It's so much money to risk that I want to be sure to do it properly.

I am going to purchase mine from Zooplus online as they were the ones who originally emailed me about the challenge.

Their email said "To participate, you must purchase one of the 8 special bags of Eukanuba dog food with the 28-Day Challenge logo(3+500g Free or 15+3kg Free), and keep your order confirmation as proof of purchase."

Maybe buy it from Zooplus to be sure? (dont forget quidco if you use it!)

I couldn't see the mailing label but there is a DOCX File when you unzip the t&c on the Eukanuba website. I couldn't open it (Im not very techie!), but it might be in there?

I agree its a lot of money to spend so important to get it right!

I wanted the senior one for my dogs really, so I might check out my local pet stores just incase they have the senior ones with the special logo?

I've bought a flashed pack from my local pet shop but it's not the specific variety that they recommended for my dog so I hope that's ok with them.

I'll have to get someone techie to help me with the mailing label.

They certainly aren't making it easy!

OzKleen Bath Power

In the latest Sainsbury's Everyday Easy magazine there is a full page ad for OzKleen bath power. In large letters it says' The best cleaner you have ever tried or your money back!'. There are no details and the website has no mention of it. Can anyone help?

I have had a cheque today for £7 from Activia - has anyone had any luck banking their cheque or have they all bounced?

Has anyone been back to Activia and got their response?
Any advice much appreciated.
