This is the reply from Activia about their cheque so fingers crossed I will now bank and see what happens...

Thank you for your email. You have actually contacted the Irish office, however, I contacted the UK Office who have assured me that there is no issue whatsoever with cheques and that it is perfectly suitable for you to cash the cheque at your convenience.

    Kindest Regards

I applied for the Perspirex refund in August and eventually received communication today.
The cheque reflects approximately 66% of the price on the enclosed receipt. It was the only item on the receipt with no discounts. The T&C's indicate I should get the price I paid plus the cost of a stamp.
    What should I do?

Don't know if it helps, I bought mine from Boots last year for £7.30 and received a cheque back for £7.62. Dan

Great new find, thank you. You mention Waitrose - this is just a quick note to say it's also available at Tesco and Asda. There are different T&C dates for each supermarket.

You do need to send the bottom flap from packaging and send the bottle back but if you fancy trying fiery red or other colour then here's how to do it a little cheaper....

Do u have to have a `promotional pack` or specific size to make a claim. Have looked at the t&c and I cannot see anything but I sometimes miss the obvious.

    TIA

  • Does anyone know if the Ambrosia custard covered banana TMF actually has a promotional pack with Try Me Free on it, or is it just an ordinary pack? I can't see that I have to send the pack off, just the receipt and the statement so presumably not? Thanks!

Hi QRB, an ordinary pack is fine - you don't have to send any packaging back and I've had my refund already.
