I applied for the Perspirex refund in August and eventually received communication today.
The cheque reflects approximately 66% of the price on the enclosed receipt. It was the only item on the receipt with no discounts. The T&C's indicate I should get the price I paid plus the cost of a stamp.
What should I do?

I cut out the square bit at the side/back with the t&cs etc. Then I went back to cut the bit from the front corner just in case they needed that, and my partner had thrown the box out! Typical...Always putting empty boxes back in cupboards/freezers and when he actually bins one it's the one I need to keep!

So I've had to sent off the square t&cs bit from the back/side and hope that's ok!

Hi there,

Did you email the promotional handlers - RMI Services or did you email Activa. The only reason I ask is half the time customer servies do not know anything or very little in regards to promotions.

This is the reply from Activia about their cheque so fingers crossed I will now bank and see what happens...

Thank you for your email. You have actually contacted the Irish office, however, I contacted the UK Office who have assured me that there is no issue whatsoever with cheques and that it is perfectly suitable for you to cash the cheque at your convenience.
