I got mine back within 2 weeks. Good job as it's a funny product. Have to put it on at night then wash it off in the morning. Too much for me :eek:

I just tried the Sharwood's sauce one. When I hit Submit, it gave me an error message saying "Only one per household", as if I already entered, but I didn't. I then tried to do it from another computer with my office address, just in case it was interfering with the fact I applied for their money off voucher. It gave no result as well.

Did that happen to any of you? Did you still get your refund? Thank you!

bought one of these last week, to get your money back you have to contact hills and they told me to take the unused dog food back to where i bought it from. me being one to try your luck i took the empty bag back with the receipt to pets at home and got a refund no prob. the dog wasnt too keen on this although she is eating it. similar to the cat food money back. but still worth a go.
