    Step 1:
    Make a claim by registering your details on the site

    Step 2:
    Return in 14 days to complete an online claim form. Including a short statement about why you weren’t happy with Huggies®. Once complete you will receive a unique claim code.

    Step 3:
    Post your unique code and email address along with your till receipt and pack barcode to the stipulated address.

    Step 4:
    We’ll send you your money back in the post.

    Terms and Condtions
    How to make a claim:

    1. Details of how to make a money back claim are set out in points 11-14 below.
    2. Maximum of one single claim per household.
    3. Money Back Guarantee is only valid on the purchase of any Huggies® Carry or Economy packs of nappies across Huggies® Newborn, Natural Fit, Super-Dry and Little Walkers® product ranges.
    4. Offer does not include Huggies® wipes, Little Swimmers®, Pull-Ups® or DryNites® product ranges.
    5. Please allow 28 days from claim form submission for receipt of your refund.
    6. Payments will be by cheque made payable to the name on the claim.
    7. The amount refunded will be the total amount paid for the product as detailed on the receipt supplied with the claim. Any product purchased on discount will be refunded at the discounted value and not at the recommended sales price.
    8. PLEASE NOTE: There are two stages required for an applicant to make a successful money back claim: -
      1. To start their Money Back Guarantee claim applicants must first visit https://www.huggiesclub.co.uk where they will be asked to enter their name, telephone number and email address to register their claim. Online money back claim registration opens on 27/06/11 and closes on 31/08/11
      2. Once registered on the site, claimants must wait 14 days before returning to the site at which stage they will be directed to complete the on-line claim form. Once complete the applicant will then receive a unique claim number which they will be required to submit along with their email address as part of their completed claim criteria. The website will be open for this stage of claim confirmation up until 14/09/11
    9. Please note: As part of the online claim form applicants must also submit a statement of 15 words or more why they are not happy with their Huggies® nappy purchase and the reasons for this.
    10. Applicants must then submit their email address and claim number along with a proof of purchase for any Huggies® Carry or Economy pack (as stipulated in point 6). Proof of purchase means a printed till receipt dated between 27 June and 21 August 2011 (with your Huggies® purchase clearly highlighted) and the barcode from the pack of promotional product.

    1. Closing date for receipt of all completed forms and proofs of purchase is 30/9/11
    2. If submitting an online shopping receipt, the name and address of applicant must also be visible. Photocopied receipts are not acceptable and will be deemed invalid. Receipts will not be returned.
    3. Incomplete or illegible claims that do not meet the specific requirements will not be processed and the Promoter accepts no responsibility for same.
    4. Any personal data submitted will be used strictly by the Promoter for the purposes of administering this offer and will not be used for any other purpose whatsoever without prior permission.
    5. Proof of posting will not be accepted as proof of delivery.

    If anyone is doing the above, then please note that the Asda July monthly free magazine has a 40p off voucher on page 18. So if you are going to claim, you might as well get 40p off and then claim the full price back. HTH. Thanks to the OP of this offer for letting us know about it in the first place. And thanks to my Mom for pointing out the 40p voucher to me, she is getting on the moneysaving bandwagon :D:D:D

    With regard to the horrible Kerrygold butter, does anyone know if we have to send back the actual greasy barcode, or is it just the number they are after?

    I cut out the barcode and washed it under the tap...so not too greasy then sent it off...not had the money back yet though...but its only been 10 days

    Tenth Anniversary Combo Breaker
    got my pantene shampoo and conditioner cheque back today, bought the largest size together in tesco for combined price of £5.00, got cheque back for £7.94. have my herbal essences, my actifresh foot spray, my perspirex deodorant, my arm and hammer toothpaste all back just need a bigger bathroom cabinet now. at last i have found the finish quantum dishwasher tablets. been looking since was first posted on here. that excited nearly did a little jig in the aisle at asda. pity they are no good, had to get 4 to use at all my familys addresses with separate till receipts of course. bored now as there is nothing left to get until the heinz mayo is out. unless anyone out there has found anything. already got the indian sauce and frenchs mustard. shopping is now a drag.
