Received my second Cholula cheque today (different address) after a turnaround of about a week. Just waiting to see if I'm lucky enough to get my second veet hair minimising cream cheque. I left it too late and ended up posting it on the 28th day after the date of purchase. Eek! hope they let it through!

Well I am just going to send the original email and also the packing slip from the parcel. Both have my name and the price on it. I did this for the Biotherm one and it was fine. I'll let you know how I get on.
