Hi Mike

Don't be too sure about not selling anything, just sold my first exercise-related book this morning ;) Will be whipping it out tonight, cutting it close though as I don't finish till 4:30pm :o

hi again :)

i'm not taking anything for granted now, they're still selling! ;)

but what's the chances of them being received before xmas if i send today?

It may not be too bad Mike, I posted some ebay parcels yesterday by 1st class and at least 3 of them have arrived already.

I just sold a £25.00 paperback so I'm really chuffed!!!!

Looks like another parcel has gone missing grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

Posted last tues not arrived yet, only going about 30 miles down the rd grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

He paid 3.99 for the book.
But I will have to refund postage as well wont I,and you dont get that back in compensation do you.

Really miffed.

How much do I have to refund please.

Thanks
• I'd ask him to phone up the local sorting office just to check that it's not there waiting for him, the postie doesn't always remember to leave a card, or it may have got binned with junk mail - this has happened to me a couple of times - this will buy you one more day and it might turn up by then. I would try and placate him, at this time of year I don't think that it's too bad.

.....if it doesn't turn up I think you will have to refund everything that he paid...through gritted teeth of course, then chase the PO for compensation, probably just the value of the book.

I got mine back from the PO but it was only a 1p book  so maybe thats why they refunded me the £2.76 lol

I've sold another book today so people are still buying! :j

I suppose that there may be a surge of interest after xmas as well, as lots of people will have time off work and the chance to browse online for books as well. :)
• Good Luck seabiscuit - you've nothing to lose by listing them on Amazon - just double check the weight of your books, a heavy book will eat into your takings.
• I just sold a book called Hat pins and Tie pins. My other half said i would never sell that!
