Yes, the texts do make it obvious. But there isn't an issue about what kind of service they're offering and they can do that all they like as far as I'm concerned. The issues I have with them are:

Just been stung - stupid enough to phone them a week ago back so now expecting a call from them....

Options are a) tell them to get lost (clearly it's illegal) or b) pay them to go away. If anyone has paid them, have you then had any follow up - e.g. junk mail, scam letters, etc?
