Sadly I've heard a lot about this kind of thing in my line of work - law. People trying to sue companies, some people actually having vast amounts of credit taken from their phones for the texts as well.I wonder? ......................................................0

look in the ASA site a.k.a. advertising standards authority. and click onto adjudications and then scroll down and click on the date 19 may 2010 then scroll down and find the complaint by telebilling and click onto it for the address and information. im gonna send them a letter to remove my number.0
