Hellooooooo
You sound like you are doing well on the MSE front and well done on the BB win.
I've been running errands today and got almost everything done, so feeling pleased. Not doing so well on the MSE front, but have a few things up my sleeve. I was good and withdrew the bingo winnings so they will turn up in a day or so. I played a games promotion and made a nice £26 pounds profit from not a great deal of effort. I also won £5 from an internet quiz which was a nice surprise.
I've done a couple of MSs today. I think I'll have to stop MSing after this week and do some real Xmas shopping! I have got a few presents now and collected some today from various courier and delivery firms but I am nowhere near as sorted as you.
Time for a few internet orders, I think. Will do wonders for my Jan/Feb cash back amounts!
CFMortgage, draw down Sept 2014: £222,000

Hey chocs, sounds like you're doing really well on the MSE front with all your wins & mystery shops - well done!
Yes, believe it or not, we didn't do too well on the cashback front this Christmas. We've hardly shopped through any quidco-friendly stores as we found bargains elsewhere - I guess we saved money from the offset instead of spending money to make money this year.
Good luck with the shopping - may bargains fall at your feet!

Just won £11.78 on TAB bingo!
Played the 70p, withdrawn the £11 to the bank account, 8p left in the bingo account!
Now off to add it to my totals in my filofax to keep my balances updated so I know where we are.

:mad::mad: Just had an email from bingo br!ta!n to say they only process withdrawal requests over £20, so I can't withdraw the £10 won earlier.:mad::mad: Guess I'll have to wait for the tomorrow's £5 bonus and hope I win enough to withdraw - I don't want to play through the £10 in case I lose it again! Hmm, what to do...0

:j:j:j:j:j:j:T:T:T:T:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:T:T:T:T:T I just won £50 on the bingo!!! Played the maximum (£6) on one game to try and win an extra £10 to be able to withdraw the £20, and won £50! I'm so happy, that will really help us this month. So there's now £54 to be withdrawn to my bank account, but of course, I can't do it for 24 hours now as I already asked to withdraw the tenner earlier... But tomorrow, £54 shall be making its way to my account. Thank you bingo gods! Going to bed happier now.
So, we now have £73.50 spare until payday, which will more than cover a tank of petrol. Phew.

Fab news on the bingo. Not sure I should mention that one option would have been to deposit £10 to add to your £10 win so you can withdraw £20. But obviously a better option is to play a bit more and win £50. Hurrah!Mortgage, draw down Sept 2014: £222,000

Oh yeah, I didn't even think of that last night, and I've done it before to withdraw the £10!:doh::doh:I'm sooo not switched on lately!

Well, I'm a little bit annoyed this morning - did the bingo early as I was awake and we're out tonight so may not get chance. I guess I wasn't awake enough as I just didn't remember that the purchases would come out of my 'winnings' balance rather than the bonus balance - AND I've been given more than double the number of cards I requested (pre-purchased 16, they've given me 32:mad:) so they've taken £8-odd out of my winnings and I still have the £5 bonus there.
I couldn't find a way to 'un-purchase' tickets, so have emailed them to tell them about the ticket number issue and kindly requested they take back what I didn't ask for! Whether they will or not I'll just have to wait and see. The same thing happened the other day, but as I was just playing through the bonus it didn't bother me so much.
I still have £45 to withdraw, but £45 seems a lot less than £54!
Anyway, 10p and 10p on the scratchcards this morning too. WIll have to go on the bingo tonight when we get back now and withdraw the winnings and play through the bonus.Hubby has pre-purchased tickets for today so maybe he'll have a winner, fingers crossed.
I have last night's leftover chicken curry for lunch - yum - and bought breakfast in too. I have hadto take £4 out of my £2 coin jar as I owed £4 at work and didn't want to withdraw £10 from a cashpoint, but I then found another £2 in my purse so there's still £10 in there! As I don't spend much cash now, I find I hardly ever get any change!
Right, off to check ebay and online banking. Have a good day everyone.

Thanks to our bingo win last night, we can afford to pay another little bit off the credit card, so I'm going to pay £21 off today, to leave the balance at £1150.0

I have spent £25 on some new clothes this morning - practically unheard of for me!!!
 I rarely buy new clothes, partly because of the money but mostly because I don't feel good in anything.
I bought 3 tops, a sweater and a pair of gym bottoms - from the grabbit board. I desperately needed new gym wear as I have previously been using some of hubby's old t-shirts which were huge and so heavy and uncomfortable and made me feel like even more of a lump.
:o:o
So, after hubby's petrol expenses have gone in, we will have £50 left, or near enough, until next Friday.
Have been good and stepped away from the evil temptation goddess this morning too...
I was going to buy a new outfit on ebay for our New Year 'do' and sell the other I'd just bought as it wasn't quite what I wanted. But the one I had my eye on has now gone up to £10 more than the one I was trying to sell. The old me would've just bought it anyway, but I've been a very good DFSD and canceled my listing - I'm going to wear what I have and save myself some money! I was so tempted to just say 's0d it', just buy it, but that's partly what got me into this debt in the first place. I know it's over something very trivial, but I really do feel like my attitude has changed regarding spending. :cool:0
