This company is really showing their lack of understanding of how modern business works. They are still living in the dark ages of postal orders.

You would of thought the FIRST thing they would do this morning would pull all items that are over subscribed from the site to stop any more orders. But that would be to sensible. Just like the Redoute thing instead of fixing their systems they would rather just annoy people.

It basically states that non of the offers/discounts are available on sale items..

If this comes off I am going to have a very happy hubby on Xmas morning, just ordered the Sony CDX-CA900 cd player for him, after discount it came to £60.20  :o Cheapest I could find it on Pricerunner, Kelkoo etc was £175  8) Thanks to the OP and fingers crossed...

From the website it says:

Where can I find my customer reference number?

You will find your customer reference number in the top right hand corner of your statement.

This suggests that you will be able to track your order AFTER you have recieved it, your number will be on the receipt. I suppose this means that people who made fifteen orders will get fifteen custumer reference numbers (and probably fifteen catalogues twice a year for the rest of their lives). Not very useful, still flatscreen TV (hopefully) cheap can't be bad. I have a confirmation e-mail, I hope this is a confirmation that my order went through, it now says out of stock on the site where previously it didn't. Every available appendage crossed.

I just rang to change an order and the webiste is not up to date - the camera I wanted is sold out - but in stock online.
