Just to follow up a couple of previous mails that haven't been answered.  Does anyone know how to get your customer number in order to check your account online??  

Have the people who have done this had accounts that they have used before??

Would be grateful for a response!   ???

Still no email confirmation. So rang Cust Servs to see if I could find out any more.

Lovely lady told me it can take up to 48 hours for orders placed to show on customer details AND up to 24 hours for email confirmations to be received!

anyone willing to explain how they got their customer reference number?

I have my order confirmation but cannot get an update without the reference number and i cannot loate this on the confirmation. I know theres alot of people on here asking the same question so could someone please be kind enough and assist us.

Btw thanks to the original poster, lets hope we all get a little bargain. I just wish people didnt get greedy and order 10 of this and 10 of that but i guess there will always be at least one person who does that.
