there is no customer ref number, so u can't sign up online if u paid by credit card.

OK I just called them to get my customer number & they had no record me or my order which went through yesterday morning (about 10am) I also got my order confirmation shortly after ordering. The woman said that all orders that went though yesterday would not be received at there end until tomorrow morning ???
All seems a bit weird to me.
