Hi Nick
Maybe if you can - post up the calculations on here, this will give an idea of the amounts to be refunded or reduced.
So say loan date
Loan amount
PPI amount
Apr charged if possible
Then Turbo can check this out for you, then we can take it from there.;)The one and only "Dizzy Di"0 -

Sorry what is the amount advance?
Monthly Premium?
7.4% variable
loan term is over 240 months
Doesnt quote the total interest
PPI LOAN IS 12,245.00
Monthly premium on the PPI where is do I find that out?
APR is the same
Interest isnt quoted
The loan is for 50,000 + 12,245 for PPI total 62,245,
Monthly payments 393.67 for the loan and 96.42 for the PPI totalling £490.09 but the repayments have been totalling £615 per month.
The loan was taken out Oct 05 and so have made 40 months worth of payments.
Not quite sure on the balance at the present time.
Sorry re the information if you can let me know what more you need that would be great.
Thanks Nick0 -

Hi again,
Still looking into my egg card PPI claim before going to FOS. Some people seem to think that egg were fined for using pre ticked box's for on line applications but I can't find any proof of that. Also am I right in thinking that all on line credit agreements made on line before Dec 2004 had to be sent out and signed by the person taking out the credit? As digital (ticking a box) signatures were not legally binding before this date. Anyone got any thoughts on that?0 -

Hi Hunni
Check this out here:

I have never filled an online credit agreement myself hun, and am sure the ones who have been through it will confirm this to you, but I assumed it would have to be signed in order for you to agree to it, otherwise if is the case they have added it when they should have made sure with you first.;)The one and only "Dizzy Di"0 -
