    Hiya Boo;)
Is this a settled loan or not??

ALL the figures off the agreement and also the APR etc...how many repayments and amounts, how many repayments to settlement etc..

Turboman could perhaps do them for you. He has been on earlier so perhaps I could bump this post later.

    Ey up all.

Rete ther are some things in life that don't add up and this for me is one of them.

In july 2008 i received a settlement figure and at the top says,

    Total amount payable £6633.21

    Rebate for above £884.18

    Legal and discharge fees £120

Settlement to pay off is £5869.03

That works out im cool with that.

account statement as from 21/11/07 to 20/09/08 is

    Balance brought forward £6519.10

    Closing balance of £4918.08

    Interest for year £743.47

Settlement figure for Jan 09 is

    Total amount payable is £5156.59

    Rebate for above is £548.48

    Legal and discharge fees £120.00

    Settlement figure is £4728.11

What i want to figure out is if from 21/11/07 my balance was £6519.10

Since then ive made 14 payments = approx £3598.00

Take the two away and you have £2921 approx

    Add some interest approx

    Minus a rebate

Am i missing something on my calcs, and i know i cant be spot on without exact figures

    Anybody got any ideas please:eek:

    Ignore this--will delete later

Testing scanning at different resolutions to see if readable---can you see the first 2--the b/w & the color ok? (don't "Quote" though in reply as this lot is all rubbish test prints and you don't want it embedded in your posts.

Just a quickie, after watching Martin on GMTV getting extremely animated about PPI I thought I would look into mine.

To cut a long story short and without boring you with all the details, I used the template and wrote off to Abbey at the end of October 2008 and 6 weeks later was offered a settlement of £2, 689.55 just before christmas.

Abbey have dealt with it all very well - I had a brill case handler called Franco who has been fab.

Its been a easy painless process - I wrote two letters and although I did alot of research this website with all its experts has made it so easy.

Wish me luck - just starting my husbands claim now!!

Well done:j is it for the full amount including 8% interest?
