It was Marbles HFC and they have admitted they added it without me asking for it but they say they will only pay 2003.DS1 12/10/04

I don't think so hun, I think this is where 6 years of bank statements come in handy, then its being lucky in going back any further than that....
I don't really know how this works TBH....

Don't know about then Pinknico, if it was added before that on the agreement and they were part of the Banking Ombudsman then perhaps you have a case. I have never heard of them refunding half way through as this is would have been ticked at the time you took the credit card out and to me they should pay back to that time...It was Marbles HFC and they have admitted they added it without me asking for it but they say they will only pay 2003.0 -
Yeah I understand what you are saying here but bank charges have no tick boxes etc or agreements. They are just put on, whereas the PPI on a credit card is actually on the agreement as a tick box...I don't think so hun, I think this is where 6 years of bank statements come in handy, then its being lucky in going back any further than that....

You are actually opted into the PPI at the time of the agreement whereas banks charges are not opted in or out. They are just applied...
I think Pinknico is entitled to all of these back as these would have been applied because of the agreement just like a loan. If they have admitted they are wrong for the last 6 years then they are most probably wrong for the other years too.0 -
This is PPI and they have admitted it. So I know they have the paperwork.
I will write back and ask for it all as they havent mentioned the FOS yet and then send it to the FOS if need be. I have nothing to lose.DS1 12/10/04
