Note in the letter about FINANCIAL disputes, and not LEGAL disputes, this is case and point with regards to the FOS.. Tunnel Vision I call it.

The FOS in my opinion are somewhat useless, unless you can get to someone who knows what they are talking about and you get past the lions at the gate.

These forums serve a purpose and are ok for Vanilla cases, however no one case is the same, especially when you have the likes of brokers involved and especially the unregulated ones.

Yeah thanks for that. I will do I think. I was dead against this some months ago but its made me so ill trying to get them to take responsibilty for the rebate issues I will go along this road me thinks...;)
