Sounds good doesn't it? No such luck.... This is my fourth letter stating virtually the same the first was dated August.... I have now had my compliant with the FOS 8 months hopefully this time I may actually get an adjudicator... unless they are going to hang on to it till this company goes bust like my other claim (company) has... lol!

I had one saying this then heard nothing for about 6 weeks, then another apologising and saying the next letter would be from an adjudicator and would be by return. That was about 3 weeks ago. Guess what nothing.

this is a result of three loans starting in 2001 they have given me a break down of all the refund amounts and how much 8% interst was applied

I know they are busy but why can't they just be a little more honest and put "the next letter you get will be from the adjudicator however this will be aproximately 6 months from now has you are 6000th on the list.... lol

Cause that would be lying again.You are another 12 months in the queue and number 11000th :rotfl:

They are annoying by the length of time it takes.... some cases are ridiculous...

Hi Marshallka and Pinknico. Hope you both OK. Back now office work for couple of days. Been working away:eek: again. Must not complain though I know but sometimes you just want your own bed etc. Do you see what I mean
