Good morning folks,

Hope everyone had a nice and safe bonfire night!

I have been looking at the blogs on the forum although I haven't been on for a while. As you know I recently had success with Black Horse with FOS help however, they keep writing to me about my payments as I'm slightly in arrears. They should have received the ombudsman letter about my case. Do you think I should give them a nudge about it? I'm expected to be paid out by 24th Nov with my arrears paid off. Any suggestions would be useful.

just to say we have recieved the ombudsman s decision and he has agreed with our 2 ajudicators yes!!!
we ve won!!!!!

I would write back to them and give them a copy of the Ombudsman decision about what they owe you and ask that no more interest be put onto it either..

I think the Ombudsman/FSA should now fine Nemo for this!!!

I think all their complaints should be refunded before they even get to the FOS stage.

Very good news.

I agree they should refund before its gets to FOS however there are some poor souls who take their no for an answer thinking they won't get anywhere.

Yeah would be nice wouldn't it as going to the FOS adds to stress and I think everyone going to the FOS and winning should have some added for this. They are proved wrong in the end so should be made to pay extra on top plus get hefty fines too.

Do you know an amount yet Laini... Is it what you were expecting back.??
