I keep getting calls from Click Life about insurance. Its so annoying. I tell them about Click Finance and they deny anything to do with them. I think they are...

If you are on benefits then maybe you could ask for the fast track with this complaint. Its worth a try...;)

Also add that bit that you have said about Barclays not stopping the interest..
Hi Marshallka, ok will do that, i remember them being very rude at the time with silent phone call, and 2-3 calls a day pestering me for money which i hadnt got and not very helpful saying they basically wernt prepared to help in any way untill i was 3 months behind with my payments. Not a very nice company to deal with. Thanks for ur advise AGAIN. Sarah xxx
  • Sorry forgot to say i recieved a letter from sky card today saying they will only repay me £25 of my credit card charges back and i can accept or go to the FO, do i send them the second letter? They owe me by my reconing just under £400 without interest. Sarah xxx

    Hiya Sarah

Was this their final response hun?

Did they give you that option of writing back to them with more information in order for them to reconsider ?

If your not happy with this, which I suspect your not, as I would not be either, and they have only given you the FOS option here, then download a form on the FOS site here:
    http://www.financial-ombudsman.org.uk/consumer/complaints.htm

Try to get a few done, one for yourself the FOS and also send the finance company a copy so they know you have done this and they can still possibly reconsider while this is in with the FOS.
If your successful then while your complaint is in with the FOS, then just let the FOS know its resolved.;)

Add copies of any correspondence with the complaint form to the FOS.

You have the choice to ring them as well hun if your unable to download these forms for any reason.

    Good luck.;)
