Hi Di and Marshallka i know im up late but i am trying to fill in this FO form and i was wondering where it says anything else i would like to add to help them understand my complaint, is there anything else i can put, ie ended up on benefits, asked barclays to help me out and stop the interest ect and they wouldnt should i put stuff like that or not? sorry its late but my head is spinnin wiv all these different letters.
