I turn to either sweet tea or a milky co-coa when feeling stressed, it does help, and yes Marshallka, Brandy is another remedy.;)The one and only "Dizzy Di"0

Hi its good to hear from you.;)
It should be 6 years...... , it should not make any difference if this has been dormant or not, I still received docs, even older than 6 years a few months ago when requesting them, and this was settled in 2004.
Not with the same company as yours though but that should not make any difference.
I would contact the information commissioners office (ICO) here on this link who will be able to help you hunni
http://www.ico.gov.uk/complaints.aspx
Ring them tomorrow, tell them what you have told us.
Please let us know how you get on, cheers and good luck.;)

I found this out, under section 77/78 its states that if there is nothing owing (no debt outstanding) and I assume the credit card has no debt then just requesting the agreements they need not supply BUT if you request a SAR then they have to.

Right I see......glad you told me, cheers Marshallka.;)
An SAR would be best then.;)
See what happens from that. The one and only "Dizzy Di"0 -
