This thread has made very amusing reading today peoples!!!

Apart from your news about your stepdad Dreamer ,that is disgusting and happening much to often from what I have read in the news this week.

Keep up the good work darlings.Hope you are all well.
Another win for OH today, charges not PPI. The FOS have made Capital 1 cough up!!
Well done on another one Pinknico, they say it comes in threes though...;)

Im quite tempted to carry on paying the ppi untill the sars comes back,

Then ill cancel and reclaim, then at least i shud hopefully receive even more dosh back from the ppi.

Best not tell r lass my intentions or she'll be in town at the weekend blowing it before i get it.

    What do you lot think?

Cancel it now and reclaim later or just leave it running untill i get all the docs?
There is a chance this could be used against you though as they may ask why when you knew it was missold would you carry on paying.

Or in my case with FIrstplus it made no difference at all to the FOS as although I have proof of dodgy dealing etc they will not look into anything...

That's disgusting. I was just saying to OH today that OFT FSA and FOS are supposed to help people and they just seem to fob you off, sometimes I wonder what is the point of rules and regulations:confused:

They are not the courts though dreamer and only have jurisdiction over certain issues and they have to fall into certain regulations and mine don't.

    Hi there marshallka,

Ive only just sent of my sars request to hfc,

I was/am still going to carry on paying ppi until i get my sars request returned,

Then after reading what theyve sent me i will cancel ppi and then hope to get it refunded,

    Does this make sense?
:j Let him who be deceived ,be deceived:j
