Cancel it now and reclaim later or just leave it running untill i get all the docs?

There is a chance this could be used against you though as they may ask why when you knew it was missold would you carry on paying.

That's disgusting. I was just saying to OH today that OFT FSA and FOS are supposed to help people and they just seem to fob you off, sometimes I wonder what is the point of rules and regulations

They are not the courts though dreamer and only have jurisdiction over certain issues and they have to fall into certain regulations and mine don't.:mad:

Hi there marshallka,

Ive only just sent of my sars request to hfc,

I was/am still going to carry on paying ppi until i get my sars request returned,

Then after reading what theyve sent me i will cancel ppi and then hope to get it refunded,

Does this make sense?
