Also got my SAR request today from EGG no telephone recordings though:mad:

Its the worst SAR I have ever seen. It's totally crap:eek:

Called them today after waiting in a cue for 30mins:mad: to request telephone recordings on CD told them wish to have them in next 7 days as have already waited over 40days for other info and have reported them to the ICO.

And got another call today from 3rd party still not even acknowledging that I have cancelled their help. OMG what does it take with these companies.

Then they called back to say I don't need to do anything thats why I pay them a fee. NO THANKS

Received an email reply earlier from the FOS consultant, about HFC/Endeavour which now I may have other arrangements for yet, as many of you are aware of, but this was the reply and I feel this is a waste of time:
    Dear

Thank you for your email, a copy of which has been attached to the file.

I note your comments. As we have already contacted both Hamilton Insurance and HFC Bank I feel they have both been given an opportunity to respond to your complaint.

Please return the complaint form to me along with copies of all relevant correspondence. I will then be in a position to refer this complaint back to my assistance manager for a further review.

    Kind Regards

  • Hi,

Hope someone can give me some advice.

I'm currently attempting to claim back ppi via a 3rd party company (who claim costs from the other side) on a loan where I am behind on payments. The loan has been assigned to a DCA who are chasing me although they are aware I am in dispute with the lender.

Is there a legal position I can quote the DCA whereby because I am in dispute with the lender they can hold off chasing me until resolution ? The amount I am claiming would pay off the loan in full.

    Thx in advance

Hi Pinknico. Am fine thank you, and you?

Claims are progressing, waiting to hear back from counsel to see if we can go to court:eek:.

We have been very very lucky with work at the moment. We are booked until the end of March which is wonderful. Mind you I suppose there will always be a need for nurses and training etc:confused: I just keep my fingers crossed every day that we get our stuff sorted so that we are living without debt:eek:

Yes, It will make such a difference to us if we get compensation for Picture mis selling ,let alone if anything comes of our unmentionables:D
We are so close to income = outgoings, the pressure would be off for sure.

  • we took out a secured loan in 2004 with first national and paid it off 18 months later.Last month we recieved a letter telling us that our insurance was about to expire.I can honestly say i can't even remember having it .i phoned them to ask for a statement .The PPI was added to the loan at the start. When we apid the loan off the PPI was still on the settlement figure.Do i have a case in that we should of been given a refund for the last 3 and a half years we didn't have the loan?
