I was mis-sold a few years ago by HFC but did not have any of the original docs. I did as you guys recommended and sent out the standard letter asking for the docs. 40 days have no passed and no response!! What next?????

Happy New Year Guys.....It's been a while for me....Had to kick myself into gear again!!!! Hard!!! But once again I have had a burst of letter energy...and am tackling a few Crooks out there called B A N K E R'S with a W....LOL

Anyhew, I am tackling HFC too now for my partner, just sent the first letter 2dy, but have typed up the 2nd post dated ready for 'EM!!
Don't sit on it TannedSam...get writing the next letter!

I ain't even waiting 40....i'm ready at 30!! lol

UPDATE REDCATS - BUMS IGNORED ME, SO I'M FOS'ING THEM DIFFERENT ANGLE THIS TIME, UNFAIR REBATE!!! gotta try something

MY PP LLYODS TSB - WITH FOS

PARTNERS'S PP ABBEY - Just found a letter, THEY said they have no idea about...HUH!!! SO LETTER OFF TO THE FOS

PARTNER'S ABBEY CREDIT CARD - They cancelled the card!!! HAVE WRITTEN TO TRY HARDSHIP CASES

PARTNER'S BANK ABBEY - FINANCIALLY BROKEN DOWN TO THE GROUND, THE CHARGES THIS MONTH WENT OVER £300...we had to do a carboot sale just to survive!!! ASKING FOR HARDSHIP TOO!!

ALL MY CATALOGUES - TRYING TO CLAIM AL DEFAULT PAYMENT CHARGES.....

Whhhoooo I have been busy on this computer allllll day, body aches I'm tired so nty nt.

Keep up the hard work and the ever supportive words of advice....you 3 Di, Marshallka and Max xxx Angel

Yesterday was ,d day for TPF, so i called them to find out what was happening to be told they would be writing to me this week. I reminded my case officer that 5/1/09 was the 8 week deadline and he told me to go to the ombudsman. Forms are printed off now, and ready to go in the post today. I will also send TPF another letter giving them 14 days to look at my complaint again.
Will let you know how i get on.

Yeah, I mean was she told it was compulsory to the loan or told she could buy it cheaper elsewhere..?? If not then it could have been missold..

Sorry didn't post yesterday as in so much pain.

A little easier today but still painful. I was going to go A and E last night and ended up ringing that NHS Direct thingy... they told me to go get it injected at the hossie but I suffered and took my solpadol tabs and slept ok. Will have a read through in a little while.

Then send them a reminder and tell them that you are making a complaint to the ICO. Like Dreamer says did you send this recorded delivery?? If not you may have to start again if you have no proof and if you did then get complaining to the ICO.

Have you sent a letter in for misselling yet?

How is your complaint going Robbie?? I sent a SAR to my bank and they sent me details of bank charges at first and nothing on the loans...
